Boone Ranch Boutique offers the following Returns Policy:
Our policy is for exchanges only, no refunds.   Email us and wait for reply with return instructions and returns authorization number (RMA#). Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Additionally, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition with all tags and sanitary liner intact and re-wrapped in clear poly bag.  There is no exchange on thong, tonga or g-string bottoms; tops from 2 pc thong, tonga or g-string suits can be exchanged.  There is no exchange on 1 pc thong, tonga, or g-string bottoms.
