What are the shipping rates?

Boone Ranch Boutique computes and displays shipping charges for items in your shopping cart when you enter in your ship-to postal code. To do this, select the Country from the dropdown, if it is requested, and enter in the shipping postal code in the text box to the right of "Postal Code". Click on the "Calculate" button to automatically display shipping charges for that postal code.

• Items are usually processed within 1 business days after your order is placed and payment is received
• Most of our orders are shipped within 1 business day
• Overnight shipping is available and must be paid for by 8AM PT (10AM CT) for next day delivery via FEDEX for $34.00
• Expedited shipping is available and must be paid for by 10AM PT (12N CT) for delivery in 3-4 business days via FEDEX for $23.00
• Please call toll free (888-893-5353)  or email for overnight or expedited orders; you will be invoiced the additional charge through PayPal or you may request it when you send in your money order or cashier's check.  Please call or email for rates. 
• For overnight or expedited orders, there is no Saturday Fedex delivery nor is there Fedex delivery to PO Boxes
• You will receive email notification with delivery confirmation or tracking number within 24 hours of shipment

We only ship to addresses in the United States, Canada,  United Kingdom, Germany, France, Sweden, Austrailia, and Italy.

Has my order shipped? / Can I track my order?

When available, tracking information is usually provided within 24 hours of shipment. This will be available on the order page linked from your order confirmation email.

My order never arrived?

If you have received a tracking number and your order never arrived in accordance to the shipping carrier's estimated delivery date, please contact us at and we will assist you in locating your order.

An item is missing from my order?

If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:

• Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list. If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you via email about the backorder. You may choose to wait for that item or be credited for it.
