Return Policy


We proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may exchange any merchandise  in its original condition (tag still attached, sanitary liner attached, and poly wrappers intact) within 15 days of receiving your order.  You will receive store credit for the purchase price (shipping is non-refundable).   The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box or bag and include all original packaging material.  Tags and sanitary liners must be intact. Thong, tonga and G-string bottoms cannot be exchanged.

Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. You can e-mail us at .

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue an exchange if notified after (3) business days.

If the return is the result of our error, please ship the package back to us. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs as well as return costs for USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation or USPS priority mail with shipping confirmation.

Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization  will not be accepted.

If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier or returned without authorization, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.

 

Exchanges

Due to our changing inventory, we may occasionally have to issue a merchandise credit if your item is no longer in stock or you can choose a replacement of equal value.  If you have an item that you wish to exchange for another item, please let us know via email (see below).

How to Return An item

1. Email us for instructions and RMA# - You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.  You can email us at sales@booneranchboutique.com.  Items can only be exchanged aas long as they are in original condition (tags and sanitary liner attached).  There is no exchange on thong, g-string or tonga bottoms.  We will issue an RMA# and instructions for the exchange.

2. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging, be sure tags and sanitary liners are intact.. Wrap your item carefully with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RMA # on the outside of your package.

3. Shipping your return - If the reason for your exchange is not our fault, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via USPS with delivery confirmation to ensure proper tracking of your product.

4. Receipt of your item - We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your exchange has been processed.
